Appointment Expectations

Remember to wear comfy clothes for after your massage, and if you have a preference in water, feel free to bring your own. Bottled water will be provided to you after our appointment. 


A text will be sent the day before your appointment to remind and check-in regarding your general wellness. Please confirm prior to the day of your appointment; even late messages are appreciated. Cancellations are encouraged if you’ve been feeling under the weather in any way💕 Late cancellations (within 24hrs) have a fee of $45 that can be accepted via Venmo or CashApp.


Your first appointment includes an intake of your personal info & health history for you to fill out, and it is included in the time so no time will be taken off your session. I believe that sessions should be the time intended “as sold,” so the 60/75/90 minute session you receive will BE a FULL 60/75/90 minutes on the table + intake & checkout time. There is no reason to arrive early unless you have a lengthy health history you'd like to go over with me. Please let me know in advance if this applies to you.


When you arrive to the salon, send me a text message (calls will not come through) and I will come meet you in the front and walk you back. We do not currently have a receptionist, however we do have a lobby with seating where you can come inside and be out of the elements. 

At this time, you will have an opportunity to use the restroom if you need. A robe will be provided for you during our session if you need to use the the restroom during, so feel free to ask at any time. I recommend wearing slip on shoes, just in case. 

The paper work will be filled out at a table just outside of the massage room, and upon completion we will go into the room for further privacy to discuss things more in depth. 


Allot around 30 additional minutes for your first session. I like to connect with my clients in their first appointment so they have a very clear vision and understanding of their session and I have a clear idea of how to help them feel better in their bodies and lives. Then, after the session I like to set some time aside to build an idea of the things most enjoyed (and potentially disliked) for future sessions.


A No Call, No Show or a same day cancellation will forfeit your paid Groupon/Massage and require prepayment for all following treatments. We are all living in the same, “interestingly” stressful world right now, yet that doesn’t leave us with any excuse to not communicate with each other out of respect. Our address is 27 NW 1st, Gresham OR 97030. Google Maps may try to take you to 2nd Street; do not follow that direction. We are across 1st Street (from the large, white tax building in historic downtown Gresham).
