This is your Full Body Reiki and Level I CranioSacral Session. Pre-Session- We will discuss your energy goals and expectations and team up to meet your energy and healing goals. We will begin with holding compresses from Foot to Head while facing upright, then from Head to Foot while you lay on your stomach. This session may involve mild myofacial release of the cranium and mild cervical spine stretching and elongation. The session will take roughly 1 hour and a half of total time. This session is good for general relaxation, guided meditation, post op. healing, injury pain relief, returning pains & self care.

This is your 90 minute massage of deep whole body relaxation and will include Incorporated Reiki, Hot/Cool Stones, Hot/Cool Towels and Dynamic or Static Cupping. This Session totals about two hours and is good for clients who work with their bodies, who serve the public, and who are on their feet most of the day. This session is also really good for full body connection and monthly self care.

This is your all in one session. Receive Direct Reiki Energy & Craniosacral along with your 90+ minute massage. We will discuss your goals for your energy work and body healing and incorporate the massage practice described above to physically release any stuck energy causing pain, anxiety, depression and physical ailments. This session will be 2 hours long, table time will vary. I am neither a physician nor am I claiming to be, and these treatments should not replace general health care by a physician. I merely assist my clients into the body awareness and mindfulness during their own healing process, through their own personal growth and work. This session is good for deep emotional trauma healing, repressed trauma, physical tension, and Somatic pains.
